Half way there  2o2

Running the furnace would be the next box to check, only because the noise is coming from that vicinity.

Phoenix should be able to tell you what breaker # 4 controls  and provide a complete list or picture of a 2910  breaker panel. Working without a wiring diagram or schematic is always difficult and time consuming , so beware  of  paying by the hour for troubleshooting because the ghost could turn out to be something simple or a mouse.

You're still hanging in there with me, thanks. I just checked and the sound continues without shore power off and inverter turned on. Thanks

"without shore power off'    :beg

Sorry...didnt get that.

1) we have Woo on shore power, breaker 4 on.
2) we do NOT have Woo on shore power, breaker 4 off.
3) with shore power OFF, do we ever get Woo?
3a) Inverter on, shore power off, breaker 4 on - Woo?
3b) Inverter on, shore power off, breaker 4 off - Woo?

Woo.  roflol  What I am trying to do is get the variables down. As it stands now, correct me if I am wrong, we 'know' that the Woo is after breaker 4.  Not sure if inverter power will make it Woo, or if shore power is needed.

I am also ignorant of how the inverter works on that coach, mine does not have one. Does the inverter supply power to a couple select outlets, or can it supply for the 'whole coach' just like shore power or generator?

But hey... TOOL TIME!!   :lol  Since we know that the Woo is attached to breaker 4, a signal tracer/tone generator might save the day.
https://www.homedepot.com/p/Extech-Instruments-Tone-Generator-and-Amplifier-Probe-Kit-40180/205556907?cm_mmc=Shopping%7CG%7CBase%7CD27E%7C27-11_TOOLS_%26_ACCESSORIES%7CNA%7CPLA%7c71700000034238984%7c58700003943782712%7c92700031954542173&gclid=Cj0KCQjwlqLdBRCKARIsAPxTGaWmpVWgGQI_yk4JuDEmL1XIBsIqkBAUPx9KNR9PZHD6m8MusLf56ccaAo2KEALw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds&dclid=CJW3qsev090CFcZ-wQodYOAANA

With this tool, you can use the signal generator on one end, and find the other end with the tracer.

1) disconnect shore power, and turn off inverter
2) turn off breaker 4
3) attach the red wire from the signal generator to the output from breaker 4. Black wire to ground.
4) using the probe, start searching for the other end. The closer you get, the louder it gets.

I am starting to wonder if it is your converter/charger making the noise.  The converter/charger should NOT run off the inverter, so if the Woo persists with shore power off (only inverter and/or battery power)  that theory is wrong.

I am also ignorant of how the inverter works on that coach, mine does not have one. Does the inverter supply power to a couple select outlets, or can it supply for the 'whole coach' just like shore power or generator?

Our 2007 2350 outlets are configured as follows.

Outlets that work off all 3 power sources, the inverter-on-batteries, the generator, and shore power
- galley cabinet (just below the counter top)
- above passenger seat that supports the TV and stereo
- inside the shirt closet (for a bedroom TV)
- bathroom GFI outlet
- outdoor weather-protected outlet located to the left of the entry door

outlets that work "Only" off the generator or shore power
- outlet behind the microwave oven
- outlet in the front-most dinette bench under the dinette table
- outdoor outlet behind the fridge access panel

When running the generator or on shore power, all outlets get power directly from them, NOT through the inverter.

Your 2006 model year was a transition year.  Mid or late year 2006, Phoenix replaced the one-battery converter that you have, to a two-battery 2000 watt Tripp-Lite converter/inverter combo unit.  Our 2007 has that setup which changed again around 3 years later with separate converter and inverter.  Adding to my confusion, Phoenix changed brands of equipment sometime thereafter.  So when people on this forum discuss their inverters or converters, I get confused because of the different brands and configurations.  I learned to stay out of those conversations because all I was doing was confusing people along with myself.  I can help people with a Tripp-Lite system, but not anything more recent.

CLICK HERE to review a current-day Tripp-Lite inverter.  I think it would be a direct replacement for ours.

Here is our Tripp-Lite inverter installed under the coat closet.

It is covered with this door with ventilation grill.
The door originally had 4 hinges for child safety reasons.  I removed 2 and added a latch.

It was the Direct TV dish on the roof making the noise. There is a switch in the TV cabinet that turns on the Direct TV system. I found this switch on, when shut off the noise stopped. We have never used the Direct TV and don't current have service for it. I'm not sure why it started making the noise, I'm guessing my wife had turned it on and the dish makes noise when searching for a signal. (My wife gets blamed for everything). At some point may get Direct TV service, they will need to have a tech come out and install a new box. I'm thinking he will weight in on the noise and I will have my fix.

That's actually funny  that the antenna motor noise on the roof  was travelling down the  vent pipe to the holding tank. Talk about chasing a ghost LOL

Cheers  :)(:

Older satellite antennas require 12volts AND that they be plugged into a satellite receiver.   The receiver powers the amplifier/converter in the antenna so it can actually tell which of the many satellites out in space it is pointed towards!

Bottom line, you don't need any fixing, just keep the switch off.   IF you decide to get a direct TV receiver make sure you find out what brand and model your rooftop antenna is, it makes a difference!

Ok...  WHAT was making the noise? Sure...the dish... but 'zactly WHAT?  Motors in there? The little white head on the end? A workable theremin?  :lol    I have heard similar noises from dying electronic circuit boards.

Time to elevate the Woo to a WooooHooooo!!!

Switches that seldom if ever get used I have put tape over so they don't accidentally get hit. Either that or replace them with a switch that has a light so you know when they are on.

I love that story, and have used it many times.  My wife is also retired military, the United States Navy Nurse Corps.  She just rolls her eyes when I make the "men's department" comment.  We all know it's true.  I suppose this is getting off topic, BUT, the "wooing sound" has been resolved.

Had the original poster indicated a "whirring sound" instead of "wooing sound", I could have instantly diagnosed the problem.  I am very familiar with the sound of a roof mounted dish searching for signal.  :cool

Cheers..... :)(:

He did post a video with awesome sound.

https://youtu.be/R8Pl-ElyBeY

to my ears, it did not sound mechanical. More electronic circuitry failing (a failing rectifier, to be exact...) Heard very similar sounds from dying Yamaha golf cart chargers.  :lol
