I realize the batteries in the door lock are not connected to the coach.  I am wondering why the batteries in the door lock run down while the rig is in storage for 4-5 months.  They had been replaced about three months before we put the rig in storage.

Our 2552 was in an inside storage facility since November.  When we went to take it out, we could only open the lock with a key.  Do the door batteries drain when in storage?

We travel with a small parrot and are reluctant to use the furnace because birds are very sensitive to potential fumes.
We have two safe-for-birds electric heaters (120vac,1200 watts each) that we would like to use.
When plugged in to 50 amp service, can I plug in the two electric space heaters at the same time?

Have you considered the Houghton 9.5K (2800) low profile?  It should fit the existing space.

I emailed an invoice for approved work by local RV service company to PC for reimbursement.  It was approved in 5 minutes, and check was in my mailbox in 5 days!  Outstanding service!

Several small things, among them:  stuck grey tank valve, usb outlet not connected, closet light not working, screw on screen of ceiling fans (after rough ride), door lock code not working (changed lock), air bag light staying lit (torn cable under passenger seat - cable on wrong side for rotation, and defect under driver seat - Ford warranty).  Not too bad seeing as our friends had 60 items on their new Entegra.

After fixing the passenger side, the air bag warning light still stayed on so I took it to Ford.
Turns out the problem was also under the driver's seat.  Ford replaced the "pretensioner" and problem solved.

Phoenix authorized a local RV service company to perform warranty work on our 2022 PC2552.
I paid the company directly and emailed the invoice to Phoenix for reimbursement.
The check arrived in my mailbox 5 days later (I am in northern California).
Now thats service!!!

I like the Garmin Vieo 1051 in my 2022 PC2552 very much except for one annoyance:  When a side view or rear view camera comes on, the radio audio is muted.
Am I missing a setting to disable this annoyance?

We had a stainless steel fabricator make a custom grab bar for our PC2552.  It extends 8" from the cabinet.  He included the backing plates, countersunk bolts and lock nuts.
It sure makes getting in and out much easier and safer.

"Wire harness goes to the rear of the seat mount along the back of the cab, and runs toward the drivers seat to the junction box on the floor."

In our 2022 PC 2552, the air bag warning light stays lit.  The cable from the connector under the passenger seat had been installed on the wrong side, causing the cable to be torn when the seat was turned.  That was fixed, but the light stays on.  The entire harness under the seat was replaced, but the light still stays on.
Latest suspect: the part of the cable that passes through the carpet (see photo).
I can't crawl under the coach.  Can someone please tell me where the cable goes under the coach?
