Hello from John and Carol in the Sierra foothills. We are retired and have been RVing for 10 years. We will take possession of a 2014 PC 2552 in Feburary. Our favorite places to camp are the coast and the forest so we are having the factory install a solar panel so we can dry camp for extended periods without using the generator. Sometime in the future are planning to take the PC to Alaska.
Welcome, John and Carol! (the same John and Carol I showed our 2552 to??) - Mike
Welcome to Phoenix USA RV's Discussion Board. We think you'll find this is a nice place to hang out. Why don't you start off with a little introduction and tell us a bit about yourself?
Welcome! You found the place to get lots of good information and assistance. We have the 2100 (2013) with slide and find it works well for us. We (husband and wife) lived in it for about 6 weeks when our house sold way quicker than anticipated and survived it very well. We shopped, researched, and rented for 3 years. Was looking for used, but the used PC2100s are few and far between. Then a new one came on the market with a killer deal because of a cancelled custom order and we jumped on it. No regrets. We don't tow because we went small to have the ability to drive easily in cities and park like a car. We do rent cars along the way. Only once was that not an option when we wanted one--Big Bend National Park.
