Our macerator hose developed a tiny pin hole leak years ago that I managed with a dab flexible adhesive that I believe is still holding up well. I forget the brand of adhesive. The pin hole is near the pass-thru to the macerator so my thought is that if or when the adhesive fails, simply cut off the hose at the leak, reattach, and live with a slightly smaller hose. The hose has been plenty long...maybe too long, so shortening it a little is of no concern in my case.
