Hello Everyone,

After many years of looking, we purchased our first drivable RV last month. We are in love with our 2015 2400 E350.
So far we've only camped on the way home from picking it up two states away but we are taking our first real trip this weekend to the mountains of central Pennsylvania.

I have been reading the forum and appreciate all of the knowledge and experience shared here. I'm sure I'll have many questions to come.

Thanks

Welcome Jeff!
Glad to have you guys on the forum!  Yes!  There are a lot of folks here that have gained knowledge of the Phoenix Cruisers over time and are willing to share.
Feel free to ask any questions, but be quick to pitch in with your own experience when you can.
All the best,       Mike

Welcome Jeff!

Congratulations on your new Phoenix!  We also have a 2015 but it is a 2552.  You are going to appreciate the quality of Phoenix.  I heard another Phoenix owner tell someone that was looking at the Phoenix at the Tampa RV show last year that Phoenix was “bullet proof”.   I wouldn’t go that far but it is a quality unit, certainly the best of anything that we have ever owned.

As you noted, you will gain so much knowledge on this site.  So many owners have been so helpful when you have questions.  My husband is so happy that I know more about the unit than he does  :) .  Also, even though I purchased my unit through another owner, the Phoenix factory has been very helpful when I have called them.

Enjoy!

OK, to introduce myself.  I live alone up in Yelm, Washington,  have a large Country Coach Class A which I will probably sell, and decided to get a smaller motorhome for me and my dog to travel around in. I'm 72 and if I don't get on with it now, when?  I picked up a 2018 2350 Sprinter model and aside from a couple quirky things, its been great.  Good mileage, easy to drive and almost fits where I'd like to put it.  One of the quirky things ended up being a funny at my expense.  The first night after I picked it up down in LA, headed for home up in Washington State, I pulled over to sleep.  The light strip over the bed was on and for the life of me I could not figure out how to turn it off. I fumbled around for a while and finally lost patience.  Pulled the fixture loose and cut the ground wire.  Next morning figured it out, patched it together and laughed at my being a dummy for the next 20 minutes.

In another couple weeks, me and the pup Weasel are taking off down the coast, heading over to Texas to see some old friends, and then over to Florida to visit my sister in law; a trip designed for a rig like this, at least for me.

Look forward to seeing some of you folks down the road.

My name is Greg.  My wife and I bought our 2013 2910D in 2015.  It had 4500 miles on it and was like new...and we love it!  We were looking for a B+ type coach and had seen some PC's on line.  We stumbled across ours at a dealer who really wanted to get rid of it because it wasn't what they typically sold.

We usually tow a Mini Cooper 4 wheels down (6 speed stick) or a Harley on a trailer.  We retired a couple of years ago and now have 34,000 miles on our coach.  We get a lot of comments on our coach and interest from Type A owners who are looking to downsize.  We moved from California to the Raleigh, NC area.  I had a large shed constructed at our new home and keep the coach inside.  I have electric available to keep the batteries charged up and being a retired plumbing contractor I also put in water and a sewer dump.  I wanted to store it on my property so I can tinker around on it and always have it ready to roll!

I have found the E450 chassis and V10 motor to be as advertised.  Not the best mileage or torque, but so far very reliable.

I am looking forward to getting some good ideas from other owners and maybe sharing some of my tweaks as well.

Welcome Greg!

Many ideas are shared here.  We learn a lot from eachother.  I look forward to reading about some of yours.

I use this forum to document things I have learned and modifications I have made to our 2007 PC-2350.  I list them in a single post for easy finding.  CLICK HERE TO GET THERE.  As the years pass, some things on our 16 year old rig no longer apply for various reasons.  Maybe you will find some topics applicable to your 2015 PC-2910D

I just bought a new 2023 TRX1781.

I have multiple questions the dealer hasn't been able to answer.

I tried calling Phoenix directly and no one answers, straight to voicemail no matter who I tried to connect with.
Who should I be calling and is there ever a live person available at the company (operator was not an option)?

I have been a member since 2019. I stopped looking during Covid. We had our heart set on a Phoenix Cruiser 2910 but used prices have gone up quite a bit, so I haven’t found one.

We’re not retiring until next year, so I’m still just looking.

I suggest you join the Phoenix Cruiser Travel Club Facebook page if you haven't done so yet. You do not have to be a member of the club to join the Facebook page. Some people are listing their Phoenix Cruisers there.

We just purchased a 2003 PC2350 two weeks ago. Downsized from a 1998 Newmar Dutch star DP. We really didn't get to use it much. Not the easiest thing to drive around, so we're giving this smaller RV a chance to see if we like it better. Needs some repairs (more than I expected), but hopefully I'll sort them out with the help :help of you all :)

Welcome Victor. Your first year 2350 is a rare twin to mine.

There are  no factory plumbing diagrams or wiring schematics  in the public domain.  Mine was really straight  except for the typical PC water leak at both  ends of the front cap to roof joint, a bad converter, slide topper, accordion shower door, propane leak detector, some flourescent  light fixture ballasts, and a dirty Onan carburetor  Most of the other work I’ve done to it is all upgrades or cosmetic.

You’ll find a treasure trove of knowledge and information searching the old posts by Volkemon. All work done on his 2004 2350 is meticulously documented. Ron Dittmer’s posts also constitute a meticulously documented knowledge base for 2350 owners. Enjoy

For public (and my own) convenience, I post the links to all of my posts in one place, HERE.

Another resource are the pictures of my PC projects.  Most are organized in albums HERE, but some are loose HERE.

Your decals are in excellent condition for 21 years.  Nice find!  That tells me it has been stored out of exposure to sunlight. Your roof should be like new as well.
