I think this is going to be a very good forum, I am personally very glad to see it initiated.  Ron and Penny you both are very reassuring when it comes to the Phoenix Cruiser.  Ron has sent me a great deal of information and has taken the time to explain his coach and its amenities.  He also has given me information on the availability of just what I think I am looking for in a 2350.  I just need to see and spend a little time around one in a show or a dealer. This weather is not conducive to RV shopping right now.  I have e-mailed PC for dealer information and to find if they have any of their products showing at RV shows in the Midwest.  I have not heard from them as of this minute.  Looking forward to seeing more and more post on this forum. Hello,  My husband and I are very excited to join the ranks of PC owners.  We are from upstate SC and purchased a gently used 2010 2350 last week from Camping World of Tallahassee.  We traded our 31 foot class A because we both hated towing and want to be able to camp in more remote areas that won't accommodate larger RVs.  Looking forward to learning and sharing our mods and travel adventures.

Thank you.  I have been "lurking" on the forum for several weeks trying to decide if we were really ready to make our purchase.  I already feel like I know everyone here.  We have been working on setting up our rig this week and leave for our first outing for a short trip to Edisto island state Park, SC on Sunday.  Can't wait to test out our little PC dollhouse.  tymote

Hi All,

We just purchased our 2013 2350 used from the factory. We had a Class A for about 4 years (and 40,000 miles) and sold it a few years ago. We are into photography and need to keep our two little dogs with us, and we wanted a small RV that we could park anywhere without a tow. We live in West Palm Beach and plan to visit as many Florida national parks as possible on long weekends. We're just getting the feel of the coach and will probably have tons of questions as we go along, since, as you know, the owner's manual is kind of skimpy. I must say that the factory has been very responsive. There were a few missing parts and I cleverly broke the ladder trying to figure out how to use it, but the parts came to us within a few days. We're looking forward to some great times and great pictures.

Another newbee here. On the 6th of March we purchased a used 2011 cruiser model 2551. It had some 21K miles and a few minor problems most of which have now been corrected either by the selling dealer and/or Ford. We have owned RV's for nearly 30 years, 4 Class A, two Class C, one 5th wheel and now the Class B Cruiser. Didn't do a lot of traveling except for our Born Free Built 4 two which we used more than anything. After deciding to no longer spend winters in Arizona (the weather wasn't much better than here in our part of Northern California), we sold our 38' Monaco last August. Wanted to get something for shorter stays where I didn't have to tow but comfortable enough for the two of us and our two little rescue dogs. Did a lot of online search reading about various Class B's and must say that this forum helped convince me to join the PC family. My wife and I hope to meet some of you in the near future. I remember reading about a planned gathering of PC owners in Pismo Beach this May but can't seem to locate the details. If someone could direct me to the proper referral, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

Welcome Dave, Cathie and pups,
Here is a link to a recent club newsletter:
http://www.intervecphoenix.org/13-Dec%20-%2014-Jan.pdf
You can read a section on the RV West sub-group that mentions the Pismo Beach trip in May.  Contact Dave Van de Water (the club's Secretary-Treasurer) at the listed email address to get more information.
Hope to see you in Pismo Coast Village--it's one of our favorite RV parks.

Welcome to Phoenix USA RV's Discussion Board. We think you'll find this is a nice place to hang out. Why don't you start off with a little introduction and tell us a bit about yourself?
Purchased our 1st RV in Feb. After much research PC 2551 w/slide was "the" RV for us and our 2 rescued dogs ,Squirt & Sprite. We tow a Honda CRV.
We will both be retired by May 1st, and plan a trip a month for the near future.
First trip was Branson, MO as our training trip w/ RVing friends.  Looking forward to many more!!

After many weeks of pestering Earl the Patient with questions, I am thrilled to say my order is in for a lovely new 2450 (the extended 2350)!  I am happy to join your forum, too, as I have been lurking on the fringes, soaking up your many words of wisdom, humor, encouragement, and fine knowledge.

My name is Carol.  My doggie, Dawney, and I will be full-timing it once our new home is ready.  In 10-12 weeks, we will be setting out from VA (suburbs of DC), heading to Elkhart to pick up our wheels, and taking advantage of PC's kind offer to let us stick around the neighborhood until we are comfy with our home and its basic operational and maintenance issues... a week... two...??? :-D

I know there are a few full-timers on the forum, as well as many extended campers, and if anyone has any general tips about build (before they begin nailing everything together!), I'd love to hear them.  We will be putting in a floor-to-ceiling cabinet behind the passenger seat, as well as that slide-out pantry that comes with the extra foot on the 2450.  Getting the jacks, thermal windows, solar panel, and other such practical items.

Looking forward to joining your little circle!

Carol
