Hello. I am in Indiana now and have spent several hours with Stuart. Gosh, how could anyone bad mouth him?
Anyway, if I do this I will be trading in my 38 foot Tiffin Bus with 4 slides for the PC 2012 model 3100. It's in production now so I get to rearrange things. That's very cool.
I'm wondering how people like their 3100 models and am sad to see that my 2008 diesel pusher is not bringing as much money back as I had hoped, but I believe Stuart as he called several of his people right in front of me.
It's snowing here today...beautiful, but cold; so glad it's warm in the factory!

We had a 36 hurricane v10 was very comfortable, down to a 3100 was not much of a leap for me, for the co-pilot was a little different BUT when Sharon drove it, it was all together different. Most of the mods I did and enjoyed doing them. One thing I did not like was the placement of the fire extinguisher. Probably easy to get to but in the way. The outside drain for the fresh water tank could have been under the coach, I hit a limb and it took mine off. I made a round plastic circle, screwed it to the side and had it drain (same spot) under the rig. Drilled a hole in the floor. This way I get the tank completely emptied. I would ask for a LONGER audio cable to the TV as when you work on the TV it will pull out. If I can thnk of anything else I write. As for the ride I would recommend driving it awhile and working from there.  bill

Welcome Cordylm,

You will love the PC. We will be at the factory on Monday morning 11/14/11 to trade in our 2350 for a new 2552. Maybe we will see each other. I notice we come from neighboring states.

Welcome to the list cordylm.  This is our second PC.  The first was a 2008 2350 and now we have the 2012 2551.  You could not ask to work with a better company or a nicer group of people.  Their top priority is to meet your needs.

Thanks. It's really very cool that you only deal with 2 people; Stuart and Kermit!

In your future, you will also be dealing with Carol, Bobby, Amanda (she is our PC's Godmother) and Karen as well as Kermit and Stuart.

They are all VERY helpful. You will really be pleased that you bought the 3100. We are on our 2nd PC in two years. Customer service is the best===actually, Phoenix USA is the best!!!!

cordylm If you think that Stuart and Kermit are great and they are, wait until you talk to Carol and Bobby and Doug and everyone else in the factory. If you need a part or information about getting a special thing, call Carol, she is great to work with.

So do I!. Carol was an enormous help when I was ordering wood and a few other items to make some mods to our PC.

Hi Folks,

Largely inspired by this extremely generous forum, we just bought a 2007 2350S here in the SF Bay Area.  We've travelled far, but not often, tymote in our former RoadTrek, and expect to be on the road still more in the Cruiser.
Our first trip starts tomorrow, to Bodega Bay, for the weekend.

Welcome to the family.  We too own a 2007 PC-2350, but we do not have the slideout option.  If you have any questions on your rig, just ask.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Hi,
We are Allen & Debby, and we just purchased a used 2009 PC 2551 November 15th.  We parted with a Bighorn 5th wheel which we never really used.  We live in Troy Missouri which is about 50 miles northwest of St. Louis.   We are in the process of packing the motorhome up and heading to Phoenix for the winter.  We plan on towing our Goldwing Trike in a cargo trailer.  Hoping to get out of here before the first snowfall.   The motorhome sure turns a lot of heads when we go down the road.  Looking forward to some happy trips....
