I'm curious why you feel you don't have room under the curbside bed? How different is it from my 2010 2551 pictured above?  Did you unscrew the platform so you can see all the room that is under there? The power comes in from the rear of the coach and there is plenty of wire to work with. That cable is heavy gauge wire and not that friendly to work with in tight quarters. I chose that location because others recommended it. Your choice of course.

My 2015 model 2551 has almost no room under the passenger side.   I had difficulty adding a cell phone booster that's maybe 2" thick by 6" x 4"

Yes, a lot of space is taken up by the furnace duct work.   But then there is the fresh water tank, the inverter (with associated thick 12v wiring, the furnace, the power distribution panel & charger, several relays and the water pump.

It's pretty tight in there.   And in the 5 years since mine was built and what's being built today... It's probably gotten tighter.

When I figure out how to post pics from my cell phone I’ll show you.  In addition to all the above poster has, I also have a 4 stage charge wizard that has been shoehorned in there.  The 3 furnace runs take up what ever space there was.  I guess I could cram in it but want to be able to readily access all components, and still give them room to breath.(heat dissipation)

You don't need to prove it to me with a photo, you know best...just asking.

Dropbox is a nice free app for sharing photos among devices. Install it on your computer and phone and just add pics from your phone to a folder in Dropbox and it is visible on your computer, then easy to attach to a post here. There is a limit on pic size for attachments here so you may need to resize the photo smaller.

Op. After reading above, looks like under the driver side bed would be a viable location.  I intend to put the Guard somewhere between the outside receptacle and the breaker box.  Guessing before I tear out the carpeted box over the wheel well that I will find the entrance cable?  Anyone ever lifted that cover?
We've unscrewed the bed board on both sides, sanded them, varnished them and screwed them back down with no problem. I thought I had posted pics of the hidden space on here someplace back in 2013 but can't find them.

Jatrax, where is your EMS read out display? I'm pretty sure you have a different, pure sine wave inverter instead of the Xantrax so you don't match the original poster's request but that shouldn't matter. Your set up shows where in the electrical schema it goes... Which is immediately on entering the rig.  Do you have an access panel to get to it? I would have to unscrew the bed board if I had an internal EMS installed there.

The display is on the panel behind the driver's seat.  They routed the data cable there.  Yes I have the pure sinewave Xantrex but as you say that shouldn't matter.  The EMS is located next to the shore power input.
