This is where PC falls short, overall it's a quality rv but assemblers work to fast and overlook a lot of things. Sawdust in vents, foreign objects in tanks, stripped screws, scratches in sinks. They need to slow down instead of seeing how fast they can get it out the door. This is a problem through out the rv industry. Buyers are happy when they only have 5 or 6 issues to repair when new. If you bought a new Toyota Camry or Ford F150 and had 5 or 6 things wrong with it when you bought it, you'd be upset. No matter how big or how many parts, it should all work correctly when new..
