What Ron says above. Also the Nexus is a bigger coach in size, has squared off front coach walls vs tapered on the PC, and I don't think the cabinetry in the Nexus is as good quality.
Now I base this on the videos and statements folks have made about PC's wood quality, not ever seeing one in person. I have sat in, fiddled with and just generally played with a brand new Nexus that a friend of ours bought a couple months ago. She really likes it and bought it for the price vs the interior quality. She was able to make some minor changes in their basic plan, more 120v outlets, shelf over the dinette instead of cabinets, moved the toilet a few inches from standard etc, no oven on stove. She was able to pick a 450 chassis instead of a 350 on my recommendation.
As Ron stated above, it's a brand new company with growing pains. Our friend spent 3 extra days at the factory getting some items installed that the assemblers "forgot". Otherwise no issues.
Just as an extra point that doesn't really make any difference here. She traded in a 2009 Chevrolet class B Pleasureway van on the Ford Nexus. When we met up with her, her first words to me were, this sure doesn't drive or handle as well as my Chevy did. A common comment out there...
