Check your shower seams

I was working on a light over the bathroom sink. While running the wire I found a leak in the shower between the shower and the sink cabinet. Started looking and found where the rubber seal, seals the chrome and plastic, a small gap. The person that assembled my shower installed the rubber strip with the gap at the bottom and it leaked. Would suggest y’all check yours?

Thanks, Billy, that is definitely something to check.  Small hidden leaks can cause major damage.

We've got a leak in our 2010 2551 shower, and can't locate it. Very elusive.

Right before we left Fl this winter I washed the shower walls and pan very thoroughly.  I then noticed a slight leak but wasn't sure where it came from.  My DH inspected it very closely and found that there was caulk missing in one corner where the pan meets the wall.  Since I did spray water down there I'm thinking I may have hit that corner and water found its way in.  Seems to be fine now.  The caulk was missing on one side of the attachment tab where they screw the pan to the wall.

Our pride-and-joy came used with the rear vertical sea nearest the bed almost
entirely open.  A small tube of white silicone sealant later, we're fine.  We hadn't
used the shower much when I fixed it, and I see no traces of leaks under the bed.

Did you ever find the leak in your shower?  I found some water in our sink cabinet when I was cleaning and don't know if I spilled something or have a small leak so was just checking if you found the cause of yours.
