Are there any InterVec-Phoenix Club members who frequent this forum?  Do you have ideas for a campground at which to get together?
My idea is Wild Cherry Resort near Traverse City, Wineries  :-D and Sleeping Bear Dunes.
Any other ideas???

Hey Kev,

I can't remember the name of the CG we stayed in last year (before the rally in NH) but don't forget to visit Legs Restaurant. If I remember correctly, it's about 2 hours north of GTB/TC through the "Tunnel of Trees". A twitchy but great ride. I wish I could remember the (tiny) town Legs was in but it gets it's name because they lined the roof with legs of potbelly stoves.
It's a beautiful ride, the restaurant is great and it's on the shore.

BTW, your "Stealth" PC can make the tunnel OK but go easy. There are a lot of homes along the way.

Legs Inn is in Cross Village in Northern Michigan. We've been there a few times and have never been disappointed with the meal. Here is their website http://legsinn.com/   1:)4

Crossed the bridge more times than I gan count (and the ferry before that)
but never got there. You can bet we will be there next trip down.

If it IS a KOA, we stayed there in our old Road Trek about three years ago.  It's in a nice area, back from the highway, and near Little Traverse Bay.  It's closer to Petoskey than Harbor Springs, the two nearest Bay-side towns.  Nice place.
