We had a near 3 week trip to visit relatives in Ga, S C then we ventured into a favorite area at Hendersonville, Flat Rock for several days and had a time out. That was June.. then we had an appt at the plant so off we went to Elkhart which is 1178 miles from home for us. And the return trip made a couple of stops to see old (96 Yrs) former neighbor now near Nashville, and not quite as old former classmate from First grade onward. which made that trip enjoyable too. Next year we are contemplating visiting son 2800 miles from home in Spokane and Ione, Washington. Made that trip a couple of times. We stop off in Pony Montana and see to the upkeep for relatives at rest in the Valley View Cemetery. It was a bustling little town when relatives arrived there from upstate N Y before 1900. Not much bustle now but some of the old buildings still standing. Glad to now have the sat radio where it can be accessed at camp since some of this area does not lend itself to TV watching (No reception) and that fix was done at our stop at the plant Jul 24th. Off we go again next week for short trip. See Ya !
