Water in the backup camera

We just discovered that we have water in the backup camera. Has anyone had this problem? If you have, what did you do to rectify the problem. There is a foggy image on the monitor and when I checked there is water behind the outside glass on the camera.

I haven't called PC yet. I know that they are on vacation this week but I am still going to call just in case anyone is there.

We have not, but do experience temporary sound outages when water covers over the microphone back there.  Once dry (or blown out from driving wind), I can hear back there again.
