Ball-bearing Drawer Glides

I cracked a slide on one of the Bedroom closet drawers on my 29 foot, 2900 unit. Any chance I can find a replacement? After-market would be fine.

Call the factory first before you do anything else. They are very good about parts for the dumb things I do to my PC.

I also agree! Carol just sent me a box of replacements parts (drawer slides included). I also ordered wood and a different table top for a new flip-up table I'm building. She took care of it all. I'm amazed how this company works with you, especially considering we bought our PC used from an individual. We need new end caps for our awning and she's tracking those down for us too.

By the way Ron, our new captain's chair arrived yesterday. Not to be outdone by you, we are replacing the barrel chair!!  :-D  Will prob be referring to your old posts regarding the installation.

Trudy, let me know if the chair is comfortable? We like our TV! Plus I do all my computer stuff while on my butt in my BIG recliner that I need to get rid of. It is to big but very comfortable.

Replacing the barrel chair with a 3rd captain seat in a 2350 is so very easy.  Youll be done in 15-20 minutes after you gather your tools together.

BTW:  That's not my idea.  I only provided some good pics of the "After".

I hope you're right Ron. We may already have one problem though. The bolts on the bottom had poked through the box during shipping. Once we opened it, we realized one of the bolts were bent, causing the runner to bend a bit. Hope we will be able to straighten it out without causing any damage.

And you need to quit doing upgrades to your motorhome. Everything you do sounds like such a good idea that we keep following suit. QUIT ALREADY!!   :lol

I guess I'm spoiled  :-D  I have a large recliner and love it. I do not think the captains chair are that comfortable.   :'(    I do have back problems so it makes it hard to find something. these days I do move slower.

Speaking of moving slower, I heard Herman the sloth was robbed by two snails, when asked "what happened" his reply was, "I don't know, it all happened so fast"

I too had the threaded stems punture the carton.  Fortunately for me, there was no damage to anything.

It is interesting to read that Billy finds the original captain seats uncomfortable.  I recall someone else saying the same, but for us, we find the earlier style ones in our 2007 to be "Very" comfortable.

BTW:  Sorry, but I do have something in the brew......  As Billy is creating with a fence post, I bought a storage tube to store a sewer hose.  But mine is made for the application with mounting brackets.  $25 for the thing, but shipping was $35.  I didn't want to share until after I mounted it.  I wanted a backup to the maserator pump, in-case the pump gives trouble during a trip, and also for an extended stay where we'd want something that drains the waste as we create it.

Well cr__!! Pun intended.  :lol  Actually, something along that line is our next project too. Unfortunately, our '06 doesn't have a bypass so we're going to have to make some changes so we can do the same thing. Our macerator pump has been acting up and we're waiting for a call from Kermit to see if he thinks it needs replaced or if there's something we can do to keep it from freezing up. Last time, it happend in the middle of trying to dump....not good. Lonnie had to take screwdriver to manually get it going again.

You were right; chair went in just fine. Still concerned about the bent bars, although it seems to be working ok.

Sounds like you better keep your too big recliner! You're lucky to have room for one. No way could we squeeze in anything bigger than a captain's chair.

We bought these two things, a Rhino sewer kit from Walmart, and a Super Tube from D&W Inc.  The diameter of the tube is perfect to accomodate the sewer kit.  Not any more than need-be.  The tube is made to your length requirement.  I ordered mine at 60".  I plan to mount one end just behind the main fuel tank on the cross frame there, and the other end going out sideways, just under the main maserator area.

Since you are concerned of long term reliability, I would call the supplier and ask for a second set of seat tracks.  If the damaged ones fail you later, then you have a replacement.

I bought the same sewer kit from Wal Mart, and it fits in the storage compartment, in the box.
Trudy, you've likely had some paper get caught in the macerator section of the pump, which, hopefully, will clesr with use though you may have to give the screw a nudge when it sits for awhile.  I replaced the pump on my 2350, and it really wasn't much of a job --- got the new pump from Carol at Phoenix (LESS $ than from Thetford!!).  Good luck.
