Liquid Springs
« on: November 09, 2024, 02:59:24 pm »
Has anyone ever contacted Liquid Springs service. I would like to make a service appointment and can't get anyone to reply. I emailed and called and left messages with no reply at all. I would hate to drive that far unannounced to find them too busy to help.

thanks
Jack is what we call our PC 2351D, and he has taken us from campers to RV'ers and loving it. We're no longer Team Bob. Just Jack the RV!

I called and made an appointment for a "check up".  They have a spot to park, with electric hookup, overnight.  We arrived late afternoon and had an early morning appointment.  They took a few hours while we went out for breakfast in our towed.  They called us when it was ready.  They went over a bunch of stuff .... but bottom line was the steering wheel wasn't properly adjusted to send the signal needed to prevent the body sway appropriately.  They corrected it.  I could tell a difference when driving, after they adjusted it.  The body sway was much better when going around curves.  No difference when going over bumps.

Try calling 503-709-8901.  That's the number I have for Wayne Wells (manager?) at LS.  Keep in mind my experience was about 2 years ago.

Thanks a bunch. That's just what I wanted to know. How far in advance did you call for your appointment?

We went to the factory 4 years ago after we bought our gently-used 2019 3100 to get the initial 2,500 mile checkup which was never done. They were very welcoming and we came away with swag too - nice coffee/tea mugs and tee-shirts. The whole checkup took about an hour.
