Dining table for PC 2351D
« on: December 31, 2021, 11:41:23 am »
Wondering if anyone has found a better dining table that fits the 2351D? We find that the standard table is pretty unstable since legs are in middle not corners, kind of heavy and a pain to stow in bedroom storage area (have to pull everything out of it to access the table). We were thinking a lighter folding camping table might work better.

Some PC owners replaced the free-standing table with ones that self-store, one on each side of the couch.  They are attached to the slide-out wall and operate in-concept like a school chair with a retractable writing surface.  As I recall, they are specifically marketed for motorhome applications and are pricy.  I am sure people here with them will reply with pictures or links to their posts.

Our personal experience with our first motorhome HERE that we bought new in 1983 and owned for 24 years, we lived with the dinette setup as a bed for nearly all of that time.  It's a long story why, but my point to this is that the next motorhome to buy back in 2007 had to have a permanent main floor double bed and also a decent size dinette that would remain a dinette during our trips, hence we ordered model 2350 with a dinette without a slide-out SEEN HERE.  Also, the rig had to fit inside our garage so anything longer or taller was out of the question.  Our PC fits inside like a hand in a glove.
