The last "official" rear twin bed model as you have pictured was a 2011 model-2950 but the entry door was forward like models 2350 and 2552.
Someone likely had the factory make that special for them. Until Phoenix exchanged hands around 2018, the factory was very willing to deviate with such special requests, and the beauty of it was that it was done "at cost". Some of those unique floor plans later became new models.....but not that particular one. The factory utilized special requests as new model try-outs. They were always made to the same high quality standards so there is no concern of buying a sub-standard PC. If you like the floor plan, I see no reason for concern.
I always thought the twin beds placed in the rear like that was very appealing.
