Rear Bathroom Window Leak

My rear bathroom window leaks.  I have caulked the top of the window with a bead of silicone and that hasn't stopped the leak.  It doesn't appear that there are too many areas where water can enter.  The right hand upper marker light, the window, or the ladder mounting points.  But the light and ladder aren't directly over the leak.  I only see water dripping at the very bottom of the window.  I've attached a pic and it drips in one spot above the paper towel.  Has anyone else experienced this.  Any suggestions.

I suppose that the 'Hose Check' hasnt narrowed it down?

One tip when doing the hose check, is to start LOW, go SLOW, and work upward.  On mine, the leak was under the trim, between the body and floor, then filling the step area. Would need water running over it for ~15 min before it 'showed' inside. My hurried leak checking never seemed to pinpoint it, but washing the entire rig finally led me to find it.

The rear window is a "fixed" window.  I wonder if the sash is independent of the outer frame and the seal between them is deformed in some fashion.

Probably wants to have it fixed correctly, and inside of 6 months.     DIY or let the leak damage accrue type of thing. 

We found our leaks with a leaf blower. If possible have somebody in the rig with the blower trying to pressurize the leak area. Make sure the outside of the rig is wet and very soapy and look for bubbles.

Not much incentive for Phoenix or the dealer actually to be concerned if they build and sell junk vs quality builds and service by the owner fixing it themselves.

Thanks to all for the responses.  Yes, it's new and under warranty, BUT Campers Inn will not even look at it without an appointment to leave it.  I really don't want my rig being held hostage for days.  If necessary, I will have no choice.  I was hoping for a simple "add a bead of caulk and done".

The hose test has potential and due to everyday recent t-storms here in the SE, I haven't been able to go much further than the caulk.  This afternoon between showers, I taped a trash bag over the area to see it that will prevent any further water intrusion until this weather pattern changes.  It doesn't leak from above the frame.  It must be traveling around inside the frame and dripping in the one spot below.  I would love to take the inside frame off and look around but it will require removing the shades and window trim above.  Not sure how to remove that or if I even want to try.  Will continue to diagnose....

Based on your initial post's picture, it does appear that the left side of the ladder is very close to the area where your leak is showing up inside.  I would check the mounting points on the left side of the ladder closely.  I would also suggest you continue the caulk down both sides of the window and around the bottom curves to ensure that the window isn't the culprit.  I found that the opening that was made in the back cap of our unit for the third brake light was too large for the light and caused the gasket to not fit tight at all.  Although we never had an issue with a leak from it, I caulked it with clear silicone to ensure that it was not going to leak.  Now the third brake light is held tightly in place.

Yes, I've looked closely at the ladder mounts and added silicone to the two upper ones.  Also, since we have been having afternoon t-storms, I taped a black 42 gallon trashbag from the roof down over the marker lights and window.  Yesterday, we had 2 inches of rain in 45 minutes.  Dry, the trash bag prevented the water intrusion.  Next, I've only covered the window to see if the leak develops.  If so, it's the right hand marker light.  That would be the easiest.  If no leak with a decent hard rain, then no doubt it's the window seal.  I'm attempting to get information from Lippert on what seal they use in case I need to replace it.

OK, here's the update.  The leak is coming from the right hand upper marker light.  I had the bathroom window covered and flooded the marker lights from above.  It leaked like a sieve into the inside window ledge below the bathroom window.  I'll fix that tomorrow.
