Gas Grill Hook Up?
« on: July 03, 2021, 01:28:32 pm »
We bought our 2552 used & knew little about the equipment that was installed by PC or the 1st owner. The obvious items I could see. So, I ordered a copy of the build sheet. One thing stood out that I know nothing about, ie the build sheet shows a #35401 Gas Grill Hook Up with Quick Disconnect. I have no need for the hook up but would like to know what it looks like. I have seen hook ups on other RVs that are normally in a convenient location for use. Here's a picture of my propane tank----maybe someone can point to the hook up. Thanks, Chuck

Green arrow points to gas grill hookup, red arrow points to 'Sturgi-stay' type of external LP tank hookup.  I wish I had gotten this style when I put in my Sturgi-stay.

EDIT - This is what I was referring to, and appears to be what you have.   https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08JKN33HZ

I think we were the first to get the propane quick connect in the rig. I didn't want to throw the propane hose under the rig every time we used it. They installed the quick connect outlet in the first bin on the passenger side. You have to open the bin to use it. It is on the inside left side wall of the bin.

WHOOPS!   I looked at the picture and didnt read the original post thoroughly... Quick Disconnect is AFTER the regulator. The picture was all BEFORE the regulator, and not quick disconnect. Thanks to 2Frazzled for the insight to the CORRECT answer.  :)(:
