Dash mat
« on: May 18, 2021, 07:38:07 am »
Floor mats have been covered, so along the same lines.  I’m looking for subject.  Searching comes up with “F” series but not “E”. Called one company found on line, but they didn’t make for E series.  So, anyone have a good, well fitting, formed, dash mat.

I can’t say I’ve even seen a vehicle with a dash mat being used since the early 90’s.  No longer being the craze I’m not sure you’ll find many options. Maybe form a template and cut out your own in what ever Berber etc you like?

I bought one from Covercraft and didn't like how it fit so I returned it. Going without.

Op.  On my previous chinook, it had a dash mat that was the one side of Velcro.  Very convenient  to temporally “fix” stuff, like sunglasses case, tpm monitor, etc.   Also ran wires under it to be hidden but easily assessable. Good sun protection for the dash.   It was a 98 e350.
