In case any of you are also due in Elkhart for repairs soon, I just found out they still have not gotten electric to hookup to spend the night at the factory.  Pointed me to the Elkhart campground instead.

Ah yes, the factory officially changed their address to the facility on Cooper Drive, located directly behind the original one on Marina Drive.  Based on what you are saying, it seems Phoenix is selling the original factory.  Having both would have made one very handsome facility.  Indoor (lightly heated) storage for all chassis and finished product would have been exceptional.  Maybe they practice JIT (just in time) maintaining minimal inventory of both.
