With an advertised price of $150,126  :obm  that is the same price of a decent brick and mortar house in most parts of the USA.  How times have changed.

I wonder how much they actually sell for. There's a new 2020 for $118k on RVtrader.  Can they have auto levelers on the Transit?

Lucky Mesa is closer too, looks like they are more up front / no hassle.

Does the TRX have a sanicon? The PC website is really  light on details. I was kind of shocked to see an S model on RVT, bad pictures and all.

Ron, less and less places where you can buy a B&M home for $150,000. Well at least not much of one. But I get your drift and there is no way I'd pay that however; A fool and his money,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Hey, my first home cost $16k.   Split level, 4 levels, 1/4 acre of land, 3 bedrooms, literally "on the mainline" for those of you from SE Pennsylvania.... For those that never heard of that... Desirable property, good neighborhood.

Of course, that was in 1965.   Zillow shows it worth $360k now.

Ain't inflation Wonderful.

We bought our first house in 1978 for $59,000
It was a cute little 19 year old brick ranch with 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bath, full basement and 1 car attached garage.

10 years later, in 1988, we built the house we are in today (1/3 unfinished) for $222,000

19 years later, we bought our PC for $67,000 plus sales tax, plus suspension improvements and TVs for a total of around $77,000.  That is $19,000 more than our first house, 29 years prior.

Both houses are worth roughly twice that today.  I would be extremely lucky to get half what we paid for our PC.

Bigfoot makes a bolt on set of 4 levelers for the Transit.  $2500 DIY. Fully automatic or manual.

Dont think the pricing model has changed.  20% off MSRP.  Ive noticed that Campers Inn uses both MSRP and discounted pricing in their ads.

I wonder if they reduce the ground clearance which already seems low.

In 2015...factory price was 70% of MSRP

MSRP has gone up significantly from 2015, at least 12% last time that we could "build" one here on the website.

So cost to ultimate buyer is much higher.... Using that $150k for the TRX and the stated 80% of MSRP... That is $120k.    Under the old system, using that same $150k price, @ 70% the buying price would be $105k

Guess where that $15k difference goes... Yup, Campers Inn.

Think about it.

Heres a video that the Fuse Transit owner made of the install.  I was wrong about being automatic.  Looks like it does not hang lower then anything else, but close.  There are almost 500 WBGO Fuses on the road.  All of them very low in the rear.  A good number of folks have raise the rear either by extra leaf spring, Sumo springs or Firestone air bags.  They have gained from 2" to 4" in height.  Others have just used skid wheels ala PC
