Exhaust Hanger for Gen Exhaust pipe
« on: June 05, 2020, 07:56:04 pm »
Does anyone know where to get the Ex. Hanger for the Gen? Mine was 3/4 torn through, So I came with up with a temp Fix until I find the hanger. I had to remove a large piece of sheet metal with was the only thing holding the Ex Hanger to the underside of the Vehicle, Is this a heat shield and can I run my gen with out it. ?? your thoughts see picts

It's a water and crud shield.  So dirt, road salt, etc. don't get jammed into the generator wiring and fuel line.

You can get an exhaust bracket at any auto parts store.  That's where I got my replacement.
