Hear a clicking noise
« on: April 26, 2020, 11:46:28 am »
Yesterday we took our rig for a ride stopped for lunch take out only so we ate in the rig. We drove around for a few hours the brought it back to the storage facility. After all buttoned up and battery switch turned off as I was locking the door I heard a clicking noise to the right of the door of our 2552. I went back inside and could not hear it but inside the cabinet in the area the noise is coming from there is a small round hole and you can see a blue light inside the hole. Any idea what the light is for and has anyone else heard this clicking noise or what it could be? TIA

Can't say I've ever heard that noise, but one day I did stick my finger in that hole and pull (the engineer in me) . Found it is a false panel help in by velcro. Behind it was what I believe to be the Dometic receiver for the awning.

Clicking noise gone, it ended up being a loose connection to the awning controller.
