Plant temporary closed

For those of you waiting for you new rig, like us, to be finished here's a post from their website:

Due to recent concerns of the Corona Virus, Phoenix USA RV has suspended production and service appointments. 
Key staff will be working from home and available to receive your call or return your calls if you leave a voice mail.

You, or at least I did, get a recording with a menu of sales, parts, etc. Leave a message.
My concern is that our unit was to be completed the first of April, and now we're in lock down. I was trying to contact them to inform them that we wouldn't be able to pick up our unit until the end of April at the earliest. Also that I am STILL waiting for the latest build sheet and VIN number. Plus we were suppose to get progress photos. As of yet we received nothing. And after 4 request (2 emails & 2 phone calls). We wanted the latest build sheet to confirm everything we wanted was listed and to get the final total to arrange for financing. Wanted the VIN number to get insurance.
We'll see what happens cause we now have time.
Oh where is Earl?????

Wonder if my part got shipped out before they closed. I got an email from Carol Monday morning stating she would get it out on Monday, but my experience is nothing ever ships on time from them.

UPDATE: Got my part in the mail today...Thank you PCUSA!

Bob White called today in response to my call to the plant. He told me that they are closed until April 7, for now. And as soon as he returns to the plant he will send to us all the requested items. Also that our rig is finished.
I perfectly understand with the virus and all going on. I explained that we more than likely won't be able to get to the plant until the end of April at the earliest as we are in lock down till then. And asked if he needed some more money, other than the 10 down, to which he said no. "Wait until you get here and see it to be sure it is just what you wanted."
So I apologize for the rant, considering the times and all.
Might have issues with the sales and the way they are handled, but still love the product.
