Uh oh. Delam on the roof!

I was looking around on the roof in anticipation of installing some Maxx Air vents over the ceiling vent fans.  I noticed several places where the fiberglass is "bubbling" up off of the roof!!  This is a 2013 2552 that we have recently purchased.  It has always been in covered storage, here in Phoenix/Tucson Arizona.   Any recommendation on keeping an eye on this ... immediate repair ... etc.  There are ZERO signs of any leaks inside. I live in Tucson, AZ, so rain is truly not a concern. We are also keeping this unit in a garage storage.  However ... we are planning some lengthy travel this summer, so ..... 

Factory repair?  Authorized repair in Tucson?  Guess I should reach out to Phoenix, USA.

It is not delaminating. The fiberglass roof floats and is not glued down to the roof. Don't worry about it.

I was told by the factory that roof is only glued along the edges, and does float.  HOWEVER,  I ran away from a unit while looking that had bubbles that had me more than concerned.  That unit is still for sale after 3 months down in Fla.

It's not delamanating because it was never laminated to begin with. It is not the same construction materials/methods that is used in most other RV roof construction.

I have a 2005 2350 and just did a complete overhaul of the roof plastic parts, including the sunroof. Mine had set in the south Texas sun since it's purchase and all the plastic had turned brittle and the fiberglass roof and sides had oxidized. I replaced all the exterior plastic equipment and then buffed,waxed and polish the vertical smooth exterior and it looks brand new. On the roof I washed it with soap, water and brushed it. It also looks new and I put 303 UV protection on it.

When I was going through the roof cleaning process I also notice that some of the fiberglass roof was raised from the wooden substructure. In doing my research I also found that the fiberglass is not glued to the roof to allow natural movement of the fiberglass and plywood. My roof had no leaks and still does not. I'd just clean it and put a coat of 303 on it and not worry about. BUT I would not put any weight/pressure on the bubbled sections!

We bought our 2007 2350 brand new.  That first year I noticed the fiberglass was not making contact in a couple of places, maybe 14-16 inches round.  It had a tackiness to it when pressed down so Phoenix's intention was to have it adhered.  13 years later and all remains just fine.  Our rig is stored indoors so I am sure that is influential.
