Hi Amber,

Like most other manufactures, Phoenix offered a very poor owners manual some years ago, very generic in nature and it covered every model for a number of years.  Many deviations were not covered in the manual.  I think I have a paper copy of that manual.  Our PC is a 2007 model year and I think that copy dates a number of years earlier.  Trust me, you will NOT find it useful.  Your best resource is asking questions on this forum.
