I don't have any slide outs, so I can't offer advise directly related to them, other than to make sure your PC is fairly level before "working" them.
Based off your general description, there is an underlying problem affecting more than just the slide outs. My generic free advise is of coarse to make sure every fuse is good and every circuit breaker is not "tripped". Since you are still home, plug your PC into 110V and see if that power provision bypasses the underlying problem. Also, make sure you hear that loud "click" from the power solenoid and "chirp" from your carbon monoxide detector when hitting the main power switch by the entry door. Knowing the results of all that would help to narrow down the source of your power loss.
Hopefully someone who experienced the exact same issue has a specific solution for you because I am just shooting bullets into the woods hoping to hit the target.
