Replacing 2552 Couch with recliner and desk
«

Has anyone removed the factory couch and replaced it with something else like a recliner and desk? My concern is weight on the slide. Considering doing it myself and having a desk/cabinet made by a local cabinet maker.
Thanks, John

John, did you replace your couch? If so, is the weight a problem?

I would be surprised of a weight problem. Look at the huge slide out on model 3100 with both a couch and a dinette inside it. The dinette is a massive storage unit that I never heard of a weight restriction for it.
I would just do it.
