I am using 10w30 full synthetic oil and either Wix 51087 or Napa 1087 oversize filters (Ford Chassis).
Good for 10,000 miles. just turned over 90,000 miles.

I am running 5w30 motorcraft synthetic blend. Which can be a particularly good deal when I find it on sale. Nothing wrong with using full synthetic, although the Triton V10 was designed to operate on the synthetic blend.
