Location of tire jack on 2910
« on: October 03, 2018, 10:44:03 am »
Can someone tell me where the tire jack and tire iron are on a 2910. The postings about the 2910 being close to the max on weight has me paying extra attention to the tires. I bought a $30 pressure gauge to assure I have 80 psi at all times. Thanks for any help.

Unless relocated or removed by a previous owner, the jack and lug wrench/tire iron is stored in the rear outdoor compartment.

I store all heavy items such as them in our front-most dinette bench to better balance our load.

Hi Ron:

Thanks for the reply. I did find the tire iron and the jack handle, but not the jack. The two items I found were right where you said they should be. I guess I will have to travel with a bottle jack. Thanks

Mine came with a bottle Jack stored in the location that Ron d described.  It may be concealed in the side cavity not readily seen if just glancing after raising that rear compartment hatch.  I too relocated the Jack to the dinette for weight considerations.  Larry

Anyone know if new units are delivered with jacks and tire tools?

The spare tire was a $750 option when we ordered our 2552 last fall. That includes the rear fiberglass cap, a lug wrench, and a bottle jack rated at 7 tons.

Thanks, John.  That would explain why we don't have the jack or the wrench on our new 2018.
