Two weeks ago I had a problem with an electrical component , I called Phoenix, talked to Carol ,and the part I needed was delivered to my home three days later at a very reasonable price. Excellent service! To those of you trying to decide on a color, do a nationwide search on all late model Phoenix Cruisers for sale, check the ads in RV Trader, RVT, Craigslist etc., and look at the colors in the ads; this will give you an idea of what to expect. Be aware that the colors will change or differ depending on the camera, lighting , and other factors, but it should help you decide what you like best.
To those of you having communication problems, I certainly hope that Phoenix gets their act together and works on improving this, I understand your frustration. Not knowing is often worse than receiving disappointing news. Try to not let the problems you have encountered early on spoil the thrill of getting your new RV , I have had nightmares with other brands of rv’s I’ve owned but have been very satisfied with the two Phoenix’s Cruisers I have owned.
