My bathroom door header just got repaired by local shop.  Dave, at PC, did a great job working with local shop in instructing on repairs and getting payment authorized.  Back-up monitor also repaired, ended up being a connection and fuse issue.  I could not be more satisfied with how PC has responded to these issues.

Agree, they have been super to work with.  One could always wish everything came out the door perfect but we have to remember it is a house on wheels bouncing down the road at 60mph. 

We have an appointment scheduled in June to go back to the factory for a small punch list.  They offered to pay a local shop but I decided to drive back and let them handle it.  I know it will be done right.
