There seems to be enough interest in a Gathering of the Clan to start initial planning. Attached to this posting is a listing of the membership that responded to the original posting with my interpretation of their interest level in attending. This is very preliminary. We have many months before such an event could be finalized; however all journeys start with a single unsteady step.
Trying to communicate with the members interested in The Gathering, is cumbersome using only the PC Forum. Email is a much better tool; however, all members have not posted their email address. If your email address is not on the attachment and you wish to stay in the loop, please send it to me. Communications from this point on will be via email with occasional updates posted on the PC Forum.
Please notify me if any information on the attachment is incorrect. NO RESPONSE indicates that the individual read and responded to the posting, but did not indicate any interest, positive or negative to the proposal as offered.

I think this is great first step in establishing some dialogue to start the planning. I have one suggestion. As soon as possible some dates should be established. Many of us snowbirds make reservations at State Parks 11 months in advance as waiting latter limits site availability to cancelled reservations by others which is hit or miss at best. This means probably several PC owners have already made some reservations during the January/February 2019 time frame. It also would be helpful if one knew in addition to dates whether the gathering would be be in north, central, or south Florida. In general I think many snowbirds stay or pass through north Florida in early to mid January on their route to south Florida and stay there from mid January to mid March and then start the migration north in mid to late March.

I will be sending you my email address and will be looking forward to receiving further news on the gathering.

Thanks so much for your initial suggestion and offering to coordinate this. I think this gathering will be well received and will become a PC tradition.
