Back in 2006/2007 when shopping for a new motor home, the PC-2350 was the biggest rig that would fit in our garage, and the smallest rig that was truly fully-featured with practical-use features. Not airplane bathroom features like a Rialta for example. We owned our first motor home
HERE for nearly 24 years. It was only 17.5 feet long, bumper to bumper. It had a big dinette but we had to sleep on it because the over-head bed was too confining. It didn't take long before we kept the dinette as a bed all the time and lived without a dinette. When shopping for a replacement rig, we had a serious wish-list and the rig had to fit in our garage
HERE.
1) A bed big and comfortable enough for the two of us to sleep together on, and setup all the time as a bed.
2) A practical-use dinette/bed that we could always leave setup as a dinette.
3) A fridge big enough to hold a reasonable amount of food and drink.
4) A kitchen sink big enough to serve as a kitchen sink. Not a small and shallow bar sink.
5) A decent stove.
6) A bathroom where the toilet is not in the shower
7) Reasonable size fresh and waste water holding tanks, propane tank, and main gas tank
We found it all plus so much more with our 2007 2350 which offers a lot in a very small package. Features drop out when going any smaller.
