The old IBM's put my developer back into a not-so-pleasant nostalgic days of early programming. Now that I think of it, he also dislikes a light font on dark background, despite being told repeatedly that it is healthier long-term on eyes, reducing strain, etc.

When my son had one of those fancy eye exams done at the junior olympics this year, I picked the lead doctor's brain during the very long test about why I feel so tired after a (typical) 14-16 hour day in front of the computer. His #1 recommendation was to work as often as possible with a dark background and lighter text to reduce the amount of strain caused by the bright light from the monitor. Even though that echoed my own eye doctor's recommendation, my developer didn't buy it a bit. Phhhht IBM

I can bump the color up a little bit brighter. I tested it a bit brighter, but I thought the contrast was too high. We'll see how it turns out...
