We have a 2014 PC 3100 with one slide.  Since we have had the rig, we notice water accumulation under the vanity cabinet after taking a shower using ONLY the street water inlet.  If we shower using just the water tank and pump, there is no water accumulation. My guess it's the Pex water line but not being familiar with the "circuitry" of the plumbing, I'm not sure where to start.  Because the water just "shows up" I'm not sure if the leak is under the shower stall or towards the toilet side. The big question is the location of the junction where the pressure street water joins the Pex pipe that comes to the shower handles and to the shower head. We will be using the rig this Summer and Fall so would like to get some resolution on this problem.  Any ideas are welcome.  Thank you.

First suggestion, call Kermit and discuss the issue with him.

Second suggestion, if you don't already use one, always use a pressure regulator at the faucet where you hook to city water.  It's very cheap insurance.

It will be interesting to hear what Kermit might have to say.  Despite what your observations might be I would still suspect the shower surround as the culprit....just a thought.

Greetings WA6BTK,
In my pursuit to know the 3100, was wondering if or how your problem was resolved.

Thanks

We discovered a leak in our shower in our 2012 PC2400 Sprinter; and noticed caulk has been added along the bottom of the outside of the shower base.  A repair shop found a leaky seal in the drain assembly at the shower outlet and replaced it.  So far, so good.   :)(:

I had a similar problem with my 2016 2351.  If I was hooked up to city water I had a flood either in the bathroom or coming under the refrigerator.  Then the city water starting migrating over into the holding tank and overflowing that.  So last spring I consulted with Kermit and he said I could either have a new valve installed or have that one capped, requiring using the fill on the passenger said.  I elected to have it capped but on the current trip have still been having problems with city water going into the tank.  I need to contact PC again.

Sorry for the delayed response. Haven't been on the forum for awhile.

I found the problem. On the outside of the rig at the incoming water selector panel, I unscrewed the face plate so I could get to the fittings behind the selector valve. Sure enough, one of the Pex fittings was loose. After undoing all of the fittings, putting teflon tape around the male fittings, and screwing them back on tightly, no more leaks.  What was happening was the incoming street water was dripping from the fitting, sliding down the tubing, and dripping off onto the floor under the shower stall. The illusion was the leak was further inside, showing up under the vanity.  Hope this helps.
