Okay.......
The 4 Accutire digital gauges arrived, the ones that were endorsed on that website. I pulled out every tire gauge I could find around the house and in vehicles.

I set one of my PC tires to 50psi because some of my tire gauges go only that high. I learned that all 4 Accutire gauges were spot-on with each other. My Slime digital gauge was only 0.5 lbs different from them so I used the Accugage as my baseline to compare all other gauges to. I was surprised to learn that what I thought was my best gauge (the costly long handle truck gauge) was in-fact off by 9 psi. No other tire gauge came close to it.
The gauges on the left side of this picture, I tossed them in the trash. The ones on the right were within what I considered to be acceptable, not worse than 3 psi off the digital gauges.

I opened the battery compartment to learn that the Accutire gauge uses 3 button cell batteries as shown.
BTW, that clear label you see is easily removed. It states something about passing frequency interference to other electronic devises.
