Thanks, great chart to keep handy.  I attended a great seminar on convection cooking at the last FMCA rally in Lakeland Florida.  They handed out a sheet but this is easier to use.

So when using this conversion, you would be setting the oven on just convection, right?  Not the high/low combination micro/convection the manual talks about?  I tried the combination once but let it run too long.
