Has anyone had a problem with the maserator pump developing a noise like it has rocks or some thing in it.  Am concerned the pump might be going bad. It still pumps tanks ok but is just noisy

If you do have something bouncing around inside, try filling up your waste tanks, open one waste valve at a time, and drain using the gravity feed.  It might dislodge something away from the mascerator and wash it out.

When our pump was failing, it started with the rubber flappers breaking off.  But the big failure was one of the assembly bolts broke and jammed the cutting blade.  I replaced the pump, details with pictures HERE
