Ahhh, Carol, you may have just doomed Kyle to a lifelong nickname. I know with the company I used to work for, nicknames stuck like glue, like them or not. We had "Love Muffin" "Fat Boy" "Beer B#@#h" and so on. I can picture Kyle arriving in the morning to be treated with "Holy cow, Kyle! What did you think of that traffic?" Followed later by "Holy cow, Kyle! That's an awesome idea" and so on throughout the day... and all the days to follow.
Since this type of playful teasing can wear on a person, I'll make an attempt to use the power of words for the good of Kyle, I'll toss in one more catch phrase for the subconscious mind to consider: "Holy cow, Kyle! You've done such a great job that you deserve a raise!"
