Looking for advice again. I fired up my furnace and within a few minutes my fire alarm located on the ceiling near the cab said, " Fire" "Fire" . Rear door was open. Fire alarm has never gone off while I was using the cook top or micro wave. It is a replacement fire alarm I installed in July. No other alarms ( LP Leak Detector or Carbon Monoxide Alarm ) went off and I did not have a fire. Is the fire alarm too sensitive? I reset it and recycled the furnace 2 more times with the same result. Should I get one that just alarms with just smoke? Or, turn off the fire alarm when I cycle on the furnace? Is there something going on I should know about?
Thanks in advance for your insights and suggestions. 2travel Steve
