Earl walks you through to day 6 of construction, as we see the transformation from bare chassis through welding, flooring, electrical, plumbing and rough walls/cabinetry.

Excellent video!!!!!!!!!! It was easy to see many of the components that we have talked about on this forum. Most recently the trasnsfer switch was shown very nicely.

Very Nice!

If you are taking requests, I would love to see actual assembly of...

- the pre-assembly of a PC floor, laying of underbelly corregated plastic, block foam insulation, adhesives, and the fastening of the plywood. Is that a vacu-bonded pre-assembly, then laid on the Ford chassis frame?
- the assembly of the PC floor to the Ford framing
- the pre-assembly of a side wall showing studs, window framing, and how the vacu-bond process is done there
- the same for the roof
- walls and roof assembly to the chassis and specific views on fastening
- B+ cap and wing wall assembly
- one window & the door installation
- fiberglass roof-to-wall assembly

I know they are not particularly selling points to someone shopping, but it would be great to see the assembling of the structural house.

As I was watching the video, my wife came into my office. I showed the part of the video I was watching which included the wiring. She said, “Oh Lord, I don’t even want to know!” and left.

The construction video got interrupted by the Hershey show and the Goshen show. Hopefully they'll get another opportunity soon to finish it up. I think eventually they'll do ones for each model. Fingers crossed!

Outstanding,,, and wow,,, as I have stated before,,, these babies are complicated, did you see all those wires laying up by the dash,, unreal Ron would love to put that mess back together haha.. if I ever buy a new one (fingers crossed someday) will make sure to stay up in Indiana for a couple of days to get debugged... that's not a criticism, any new Rv will have problems,,,and I have read way to many responses of new owners and the service they get from Phoenix and that's why people love this company so much.

Question,,, anyone that has been RVing a long time,,, did you notice the copper joints, anyone know why?? Do all the mfers do that and why? Just curious.

I agree with Ron would love to see them put the walls and the caps on...

I got a factory tour Monday and it was AMAZING!! I highly recommend it. It is as cool as can be.

I agree. I have been to the factory four times, twice for each PC. First was to see it being built and the second to pick it up. Now my DW will not let me close to there again.

You better be carefull or you will be out shopping for one.

We try to stay away from the PC's at the Tampa RV Show---I might just want another, newer model. The good thing is that since we now have the 2910, there is only the 3100.

NOW, if they made a MH with the 2910 front (two Euro chairs and the galley beside the sofa) and the 3100 with the bath in the rear there would be #4 PC in our future. Unfortunately (or fortunately for George), Kermit says that it cannot be built
