Window awnings?

Anyone install window awnings on the driver side? Thinking about install them to help reduce the sun on that side. The main awning takes care of the passenger side. Are they worth doing? Thanks for any replies!

We have a color coordinated factory-installed awning for our no-slide dinette.  That is one of our finer features.  We don't have one for the bath and sometimes wish we had one there.  We have the earlier slide-open windows which makes awnings a must on rainy days with the windows open.  For the passenger side, we often open the main box awning a foot or so where we can still open the entry door.  That will protect open windows along that side without a full open awning.

We had them on our Alpine and they are very definately nice to have. Our PC has the tip-out bottom panes so they're not quite as important.

We have 2008 2350 no slide..awning on bedroom pass side,,, dinette, they are great,,, came with the unit. Also very easy to use, pull down hook under the window.

Our panes have the tip-out feature also, but I thought they would be good if the sun hits that side. I also have the dual panes so it might be over kill, but I could leave the shades up to have some view.

Regardless of window type, they are nice.
