Changing of the Guard

Phoenix USA RV announces the resignation of Stuart Bailey as Sales Manager.  It is with thanks and warmest personal regards that we wish Stuart success as he begins this newest stage of his life.

We are very proud to introduce you to our new Sales Manager, Earl Robbins. Earl has a long history of sales and customer service, and began selling RV’s in 1984. He has experience from both the sales and managerial sides of the business, and is familiar with working both consumer and commercial sales departments. Earl comes to us highly recommended as someone who incites customer affinity that extends beyond mere brand or even dealership loyalty. We are very excited to present him to you as the new face of Phoenix Cruiser.  

Because you guys are the heart of Phoenix Cruiser, I wanted to give you the first news of this.  I'll be releasing the information over the next couple of days to Facebook, on the website, as a press announcement, and in an e-mail.

Sorry to see Stuart go... he sold us our PC at the Tampa RV show.  I found him "down to earth" and super fair.

Will his daughter be staying with the company?

Amanda's still with us, and will stay if Earl and Kermit have anything to say about it. :-) And I assure you that Earl will take good care of y'all.  I promise. :) When Stuart called me to tell me he was resigning, he told me then that he recommended Earl to fill the position.

And as at least one of you who has seen photos of me has already wondered about, the answer is "yes.  Earl is my father, and yes, we do look a lot alike."  :lol

BJ and I want to add our "Welcome" to Earl and at the same time say a quick "Farewell" to Stuart.  Stuart spent a lot of time with us at Louisville this past summer, and sold us our 3100.  We enjoyed working with him and meeting his wife while we were at the Rally.  We wish him well in whatever path he follows.  (If you see Stuart, tell him I still can't spell "nint...ninetie...oh well...90!)  5:)

Having purchased two coaches from Stuart I must say I always found him to be fair and honarable.  I wish Stuart the very best in what ever he plans to in the future and I am sure that will have something to do with the RV industry.  I am glad that Amanda is staying with PC for she is super to deal with.   Looking forward to the new guard coming on board.   Thanks, Ron

I believe that this change at PC is a change for the better. I would think that some other people would agree.

I sent an email question to Amanda at the office and received a reply from Karen stating that Amanda is no longer there and questions can be sent to Karen or Kermit.

That last sales email was embarrassing when I read the 3100 page.  Maybe someone could proof read these before posting.
