Solar Panels
« on: September 07, 2012, 09:59:17 am »
Finished mounting two 100 watt and one 80 watt panels on the new rig. Kind of stressful whenever one has to drill holes in the roof of a new machine, but thanks to Kermit for sending me the roof drawing, it was quite easy to find the studs (Studfinder BTW did work up there.).  Used white RV caulk and 1/4" lag bolts.

BTW... if you follow the #6 black and red wire, you can see where I fished it into the motorhome. On the 2350 this worked pretty slick. Just remember to seal the exit location of the poop pipe once you get inside.   (nod)
