Reporting in!! We picked up our 2013 2100 on Monday! Yeahhhhhh!

We love it. As everyone has said all the folks at Phoenix have been super with explaining things and giving us the information we need. Have been back a couple of times for very small tweaks and they have taken care of them immediately. e.g. We asked for a narrow shelf in the bathroom behind the toilet going from the cabinet top over to the shower. They did a beautiful job. The lid would stay up which was fine with Marilyn but the toilet seat wouldn't stay up.

Oops. They shaved off a curved sliver so they both stay up. No problem! We weren't expecting a porcelain toilet with a foot flush but it has one and it's great. The latest models have a pull-down shade (with no interval stops) on the kitchen door and they had installed one. We asked for a venetian blind and they changed that without a problem. The passenger seatback in the 2100 is normally a bit straight up. They hinged the dining seatback to tip toward the table and that lets the passenger seat recline to be more comfortable.
It has the 32" TV, which is bigger than the our biggest TV at home!. The local reception is great even without the antennae up. Amanda said she thinks the only things new so far for the 2013 models are the 32" TV, the pin-hole finish ceiling material (looks good), and the option of wood floors. The wood floors are pretty but we stayed with the vinyl flooring. We like the maple finish of the cabinetry. The smaller space needs the lighter color to open it up. We got the cab screens from Amanda and love them. Well worth it.
We chose the standard paint finish with a Sterling swoosh and we really like it. We've had several people here at the campground compliment us on the Cruiser and we even gave a guy a brochure in the WalMart parking lot yesterday. Amanda gave us a few brochures for give-away.
We've probably forgotten some important details to relate but what it boils down to is "WE LOVE OUR CRUISER!!".
Thanks for all the helpful info we've gotten from the Forum these past months and for all your good wishes.

Hope to see you all at the reunion in Kerrville, TX in Septemter.
