Cable tv

Ok, just getting old.  Is there a physical switch on a 2014 2552 that selects over the air vs. cable.  Been thru menu /select/av/cable several times but can’t get to load cable stations.  Using the sat dish but want to see some local news.  Cable is hooked up to service post

When using the antenna you need to have the antenna amplifier 12v power supply ON, and when using cable or satellite it should be OFF.


The button to turn it on or off is usually in the cabinet over the co-pilot seat (near the front TV. When it's ON there is a small green LED indicator. This one switch affects the signal for both front and rear TV (if equipped).


You probably have it ON,,, and that would interfere with cable & sat signals and make it seem like it's broken.  Hope this solves your situation!

Yes, the power was on.  Took a long time to upload all the channels but it now works (sorta of).  Few stations are half scrambled most are good.  Thank you.  Just remembering on my old chinook, there was a slide switch for OTA/cable.
