Isle Dimensions of Non-Slide PC's

I'm interested in a non-slide PC and I'm hoping someone had the measurement (depth) of the isle space without slides. The measurement I'm looking for is the space between the kitchen and the dinette, and between the couch and the Euro Chair/3rd Captains.  I'm looking at building a 3100 but I think the measurement for other models might apply.   

I'm also interested in the measurement of additional depth that a slide would give to the isle? 

I'm coming from a proper B Van, an Airstream Interstate built inside of a Sprinter shell. The Airstream is much narrower than the PC: 79" vs 93". 14 inches more room than I'm used to even without slides. But I'm trying to get a "visual" of how much roomier the PC is going to be.     
 
I was going to order this PC years ago but got an offer to take ownership of the Airstream, so I decided to use it as a learning opportunity to see what I like, need, want, and to see what my family's travel style is. It was a great entrance into RVing.  One of the things I've learned as a newbie is that quality construction is at the top of my list. This Airstream, being built inside of an Auto Industry grade shell, is extremely solid and the Airstream construction on the inside is extremely well put together. Zero problems in three years of ownership. I've read recently that PC may have taken a dip in quality control as of late.  I hope this was just a short term exception to their otherwise great reputation.

I have a shorter rig than what you are considering, but if it helps, the measurement from the base of my rear dinette bench to the base of the kitchen is 30.5 inches.  Instead of a chair behind the passenger seat, I have a closet and the base of that to the bottom of the other dinette bench is 40 inches.  My unit is a non-slide and I have been very happy with the floor space allowed (and the extra storage that comes without a slide).  I am only one person and a dog, though.  Add to that equation and the conclusion on slide vs. non-slide may well change.  Good luck with your decision-making process!

As far as quality is concerned, nothing will compare to what you have with your automotive van body and Airstream workmanship.  But when you cross into the home-made house class of motor homes, Phoenix quality will beat most of the competition in it's pricing window.  You can get better than a Phoenix, but you will leap up into a higher price category to get it.  You get good "Bang For The Buck" buying a Phoenix Cruiser.

Ron, your detailed measurements in your link are much appreciated. I took those measurements to my Airstream to get a better "feel".     

Since the slide's are optional equipment on most PC's, it would be nice if the Factory put more photo's and floorplans with dimensions on the PC main site.

I think Phoenix doesn't bother because they can hardly keep up with the demand for slide outs.  That is why I posted that information thread on no-slides.

I listened to Kyle's video on that no-slide 2551 you provided that link to.  I didn't realize the current-day 2551 is 3'-2" longer than our 2007 2350.  I learn something new every day.

Here are a couple of pics of our 2400 Sprinter, slide out and slide in.  We don't have a dinette, but the sofa should give you an idea of the distance of the aisle.  We have had a 1998 30 ft Airstream trailer and a 1996 40 ft Foretravel Class A DP-neither with a slide; so our PC is our first experience with a slide and we love the added room; especially like right now when we have had three days of continuous rain in Quebec and upstate New York as we experience the effects of what remains of Hurricane Harvey.

Ours is a 2018 2552 without slide. It has booth dinette and Euro chair.

We reduced our booth depth from the standard 36” to 32” since it’s just my wife and I and we wanted to maximize aisle width.

The aisle dimensions are as follows.
Between Euro chair and booth =  27”
Between Kitchen countertop and booth dinette = 34”

I have attached a photo of the interior to illustrate

That is a very good compromise to gain some isle space if you feel it is needed in a no-slide.
